Outsourcing
This service solves the needs of those customers who prefer not to directly manage their own IT infrastructure and/or software projects.
To answer these needs, ePress Informaton Services can make available not only technicians, system administrators, developers, project managers, and operatiors, but also the servers required as well.
The customer can control the usual activities by connecting to our Server Farm through a dedicated connection, dispensing the task of data security, troubleshooting, upgrading, periodic backups, and personnel management.
Our solution allows the customer to both increase the efficiency of it business and allow a considerable saving in costs: a saving in man-hour salary and a saving in terms of personnel training and development, which assure an outstanding continuity of service (SLA).

Resting on a close collaboration it is possible to develop bespoken services based on the S.L.A required by the business, reling on the IT infrastructure in possession of the customer.
