Junior System Administrator - RIF-S01

ePress is currently seeking an enthusiastic system administrator. The rigth candidate will collaborate with our Infrastructure Architects in order to develop highly professional solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Any candidate should own a degree or diploma in Computer Science, or should demonstrate equivalent experience in the field.

Required skills:

Bachelors degree or relevant technical courses/certifications in IT, mathematics, or electronics.

Strong technical foundation in UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS.

Basic knowledge of networking TCP/IP.

Experience in network administration, router and firewall is desirable.

Demonstrate a good understanding of technical written English.

Experience with JAVA, PHP, MySQL, Perl is preferred, but not required.

Proven ability to work independently or under only general direction.

Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.

The job will give the chosen candidate the change to gain a unique set of skills due to the molteplicy of problems and solutions that it will be confronted with.

The job may require the candidate to work on day and night shifts, and public holidays.

The post is for the branch in Milan, Via Legioni Romane 43.
